• Owe less than $1 million (excluding entitlements).
• Have employee entitlements and super paid up-to-date.
• Be up to date or substantially compliant with tax lodgments.
• Not have used SBR or simplified liquidation in the last 7 years.
• Appoint a registered Small Business Restructuring Practitioner.

Step-by-Step Process

• Directors identify financial distress and consult The Insolvency Group.
• We help company directors pass a resolution and appoint us as a registered Small Business Restructuring Practitioner.
• We assess your finances and develop a tailored Restructuring Plan (20 business days).
• Creditors vote on the plan (15 business days).
• If accepted, the plan is implemented under our guidance.
• Once completed, your company is released from those restructured debts.
